Thats a scary looking pokemon. I wonder what his powers would be? Nice custom sprite. If you are interested to see what you would have to do to create an animated sprite, check out some "sprite strips"

With a single gaze from the jewel embedded in his head, stone would replace flesh, rendering the opponent immobilized, allowing the creature of shadows to strike viciously with his claws or his incredibly strong tail. In the strands of his whiskers lies a strange dusted cure for the petrification this beast causes. He's a ghost/dark, definately. I would love to attempt animating this fiend.
